Regulatory Feed Units are precisely engineered feed stations that are designed to deliver precise quantities of green leaf and RC Tea to the CTC lines. The green leaf is fed to a feed station comprising of a belt conveyor, gravity chute and metering conveyor which are interlocked through PLC logic to deliver a weighted quantity of leaf. Likewise, a variable speed screw conveyor delivers an accurate quantity of RC which helps get a uniform blend in the CTC tea.
We provide Leaf feed units of two ranges, one starting from 600 kgs/hr to 1000 kgs/hr and another from 800 kgs/hr to 1200 kgs per hour.
