We manufacture end to end dust extraction systems to extract dust from the cigarette making machine, maintaining healthy air quality within the cigarette factory. These units can include variations of the following:
- Opti-pulsejet bag filters – automated, self-cleaning with a choice of filters including polyester/ pleated fabric bags. They can be customized to cater from 1 to 15 cigarette makers.
- Centrifugal Fan – customized, self-cleaning heavy duty fans.
- Rotary Airlock – periodically dispel dust from the bagfilter
- Accessory Conveyors – belt/ screw/ vibro conveyors
- MS Ducting – customized to handle required air quantity
