Our specially tailored tobacco feeder is used at the start of the tobacco feed process to our pneumatic feed system to multiple cigarette makers. Standard CFC boxes/ skips of tobacco are fed to the centralized tobacco feeder which empties onto a holding conveyor that holds a buffer suitable for up to 3 cigarette makers. The tobacco is loosened, regulated and fed to multiple cigarette makers through our pneumatic feed system.
The system is completely automated and designed with operator safety in mind.
